Liberating designs for daily living, optimal patterns for well-being

There is an African Proverb that asserts: "Each of us is a seed of divinely inspired possibility, which when nurtured in it's proper context can and will grow into the fullest expression of all we are suppose to become". Mind, Body and Soul Care (MBSC) focuses on the intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of our human beingness that allow us to flourish when adequately nourished.

Intentional MBSC plans can help you achieve a more realistic balance between work, love and play. This article will suggest ways to elevate your consciousness, affirm your self worth, enhance body esteem, connect to the divine within as well as around you, and ultimately rejuvenate your mind, body & soul.

Mind Body Soul Care is a process that attempts to answer the call by Cornel West (1993) to articulate a "new regime of truth linked to indigenous institutional practices permeated by the kinetic orality and emotional physicality, the rhythmic syncopation, the protean improvisation and the religious, rhetorical and antiphonal repetition of African American life."(1993, pg. 82)
